All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Southern California. Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday through Friday, except on major holidays. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days. Two-Day Shipping is available – $25 will be added to orders that are to be expedited. Two-Day Delivery orders must be placed by 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) Monday through Friday to be shipped that same day. ANDERSON LILLEY, LLC will only ship to residential or business addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Most orders are processed wtihin 2-3 business days too process after it is placed (not including weekends). Occasionally, due to high order volume or backorders, this is not always possible. If shipped UPS Ground, packages should be received within:
Western States: 1-2 working days
Midwest: 2-3 working days
Central, Eastern States and New England: 5 to 7 working days
AK and HI: Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping rates for orders going to Alaska and Hawaii are double that of the rates for the Continental U.S. for standard ground shipping. Please call for expedited shipping rates out of the continental US.
International Orders and U.S. Territories: ANDERSON LILLEY products can be shipped to International and US Territories. All logistics and freight costs will be handled by the purchasing party.

Orders to Canada will be charged 30% of the total order.
Occasionally we may be temporarily out-of-stock of an item shown on our website. If we are out of stock on any items on your order, we will contact you within the first business day of receiving your order. We will not charge you until that product has shipped. Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the shipping time spent in warmer climates. ANDERSON LILLEY, LLC reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.
We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accomodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at 1-800-980-1688 Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm PST or email us before 11 a.m. on the business day following the day your order was placed. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order for you. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped, please refer to our Return Policy below.
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer care department at within seven (3) days of receiving your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
For items purchased from a retail venue other that andersonlilley.com, please contact the store-of-purchase for their return policy.
Package the products (in original Anderson Lilley packaging, if possible) along with a copy of the original invoice and note whether you would like a credit or exchange. Please ship the package via an insured courier (UPS, Fedex, USPS Parcel Post) and keep your shipment receipt in case the package is damaged or lost in transit. Anderson Lilley cannot guarantee credit for your return without confirmation of delivery to us.

If you are returning products, a refund will be applied to your card within 2 business days of receipt of the returned goods - however, it can take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Replacement product will be sent within 2 business days of the receipt of the product that was returned.
